Susan, Denise and I decided today was a great day to visit our parents grave. It was the anniversary of the day our mom passed away and a couple days before Mother's Day, so we went with the intent to dig a small plot around the headstone, plant some favorite flowers and somehow cement the lions in. Partway into our manual labor a truck drove up and informed us that the cemetery had a "NO PLANTING" ordinance... since Sept 08. Ha. Its too bad he didnt show up sooner. We did our best to put all the grass back into their original spots and at least take a photo of what we had hoped to do. Hopefully mom and dad are pleased with our good intentions. Happy Mother's Day mom... We all love you! You too dad!
